Delete your account

You can delete your YallaLovely account and personal data at any time. This action is permanent.

From the app (recommended)

  1. Open YallaLovely on your phone.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
  3. Tap "Delete account".
  4. Confirm with your password and follow the prompts.

By email

If you can no longer access the app, send an email from your registered address to delete@yallalovely.com with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Profile, photos, videos, voice notes, matches and chat history are deleted. Limited transactional and safety records may be retained for up to 24 months as required by law and our fraud prevention duties, then permanently anonymized or deleted.

Cancel a subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel paid subscriptions. Cancel via your App Store or Google Play account before requesting deletion.
