1. Who we are
YallaLovely Inc. ("YallaLovely", "we", "us") provides the YallaLovely mobile application and website (the "Service"). For privacy questions, contact us at privacy@yallalovely.com.
2. Information we collect
Account information: name, date of birth, gender, email, phone number and password. Profile information: photos, videos, bio, preferences, interests, location and verification documents you choose to provide. Usage information: messages, matches, swipes, calls and reports, plus device, IP, language, time zone and crash data. Payment information: handled by our payment processors; we never store full card numbers.
3. How we use information
To create and operate your account, deliver matches, enable messaging and calls, verify identity and age, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, improve the Service, and — only with your consent — send marketing communications.
4. Legal bases (EEA / UK)
We rely on the performance of our contract with you, your consent (which you can withdraw at any time), our legitimate interests in keeping the Service safe and improving it, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing your information
We share information with other users (your profile and messages), service providers (cloud hosting, analytics, moderation, payment, identity verification), legal authorities when required by law, and successors in case of a merger or acquisition. We never sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
We may transfer data outside your country of residence, including to the United States and the European Union. When we do, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After deletion we retain limited information for up to 24 months for safety, fraud prevention and legal obligations, then we delete or anonymize it.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Contact privacy@yallalovely.com to exercise these rights. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
9. Children
YallaLovely is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn a minor has registered, we will delete the account immediately.
10. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, monitoring, and regular security testing. No system is perfectly secure; please choose a strong, unique password.
11. Changes
We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
