1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Capital SARL (“we“, “us“, “our“) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use the YallaLovely mobile application and the yallalovely.com website (together, the “Service“).
YallaLovely is a free, advertising-supported dating application. Protecting your privacy matters to us, especially given the sensitive nature of dating services. Please read this policy carefully.

2. Who Can Use the Service
YallaLovely is only for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
3. Data We Collect
3.1 Data you provide
- Account data: email address, phone number, or third-party login identifier (Google/Apple), and password (stored encrypted).
- Profile data: name or display name, date of birth, gender, photos, bio, interests, and any other information you choose to add.
- Communications: messages you send to other users and to our support team.
- Reports: information you submit when reporting or blocking another user.
3.2 Data collected automatically
- Usage data: features used, swipes, matches, time spent, and interactions.
- Device data: device model, operating system, app version, language, and crash logs.
- Identifiers: advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / Apple IDFA, where permitted) and a unique app instance ID.
- Approximate location: derived from your device or IP address, and (only with your explicit permission) precise location to show nearby matches.
3.3 Data from third parties
- If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive basic profile information you authorize them to share.
We do not intentionally collect special-category data (such as health, religion, or political views). Any such information you voluntarily place in your profile is shared at your own discretion.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to:
- Create and manage your account and profile;
- Provide core matching and messaging features;
- Show you potential matches, including by approximate location;
- Display and measure advertising (see Section 7);
- Maintain safety, prevent fraud, moderate content, and enforce our Terms of Use;
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- Analyze and improve the Service;
- Comply with legal obligations.
5. Legal Bases (for users in the EU/EEA)
Where the GDPR applies, we process your data on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — to provide the Service you signed up for;
- Consent — for precise location, personalized advertising, and optional features (you may withdraw consent at any time);
- Legitimate interests — to keep the Service safe, prevent abuse, and improve our product;
- Legal obligation — to comply with applicable law.
6. How We Share Your Data
We share data only as described below. We do not sell your personal data.
- With other users: your profile (photos, display name, age, bio, approximate distance) is visible to other users. Messages are shared with your matches.
- Service providers (processors): hosting and infrastructure (e.g., OVHcloud), analytics, crash reporting, and customer-support tools, acting on our instructions.
- Advertising partners: including Google AdMob, as described in Section 7.
- Legal and safety: authorities, regulators, or third parties where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
7. Advertising (Google AdMob)
YallaLovely is free and supported by ads. We use Google AdMob to display advertising. AdMob and its partners may collect and use device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), approximate location, and app-usage information to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted.
You can control ad personalization:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → opt out of / reset advertising ID;
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (App Tracking Transparency) and Apple Advertising.

8. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in European Union, and other countries where our service providers operate. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Data Retention
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period (typically up to 30 days), except where we must retain certain data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Backup copies are deleted on our normal backup-rotation cycle.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”);
- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
- Withdraw consent at any time;
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
In Morocco, you may exercise these rights under Law No. 09-08 and contact the national data protection authority, the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel — www.cndp.ma).
In the EU/EEA, you may contact your local data protection authority.

11. Deleting Your Account and Data
You can delete your account at any time:
- In the App: Settings → Account → Delete Account; or
- By email: send a request to [support@yallalovely.com] from your registered email.
Deleting your account removes your profile and personal data as described in Section 9.
12. Data Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted password storage, access controls, and secure hosting. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Cookies (Website)
The yallalovely.com website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and (with your consent) advertising. You can manage cookie preferences through our cookie banner or your browser settings. The mobile App does not use browser cookies but uses the device identifiers described above.
14. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact [privacy@yallalovely.com] and we will delete it.
15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you within the App or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
