Terms Of Service – Yalla Lovely

1. Acceptance of these Terms

YallaLovely (“YallaLovely“, the “App“, the “Service“, “we“, “us“, or “our“) is a free, advertising-supported dating and social-discovery application operated by SaasFactory LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (registered office: [Wyoming registered office / registered agent address]).

These Terms of Use (“Terms“) form a legally binding agreement between you and SaasFactory LLC. By creating an account, accessing, or using YallaLovely — whether through our mobile application or the website yallalovely.com (the “Website“) — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. How the Service Works

YallaLovely helps you discover and connect with other members. In summary:

You browse a discovery feed of other members near you.
You express interest in someone by sending a “Yalla” (a like), and you may optionally attach a short opening message.
Members can start a conversation and exchange messages. You do not need a mutual “Yalla” to receive or send an opening message, which means you may receive a Yalla or message from a member you have not yet interacted with.
You can ignore, block, or report any member at any time, and you are never obligated to respond to anyone.

The discovery, ranking, and connection functionality of YallaLovely is our own original system. We may change, add, or remove features at any time to improve or evolve the Service.

3. Eligibility (18+ only)

YallaLovely is strictly for adults. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your country of residence, if higher);
You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement;
You are not legally prohibited from using a dating service in your jurisdiction;
You have never been convicted of, or are not required to register as a sex offender in connection with, any felony, sexual, or violent crime;
You will use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use YallaLovely. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate the account and delete the associated data without notice. If you believe a minor is using the Service, please report it to contact@yallalovely.com.

4. Your Account

To use the Service, you must register an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account;
Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account;
Notify us immediately at contact@yallalovely.com of any unauthorized use.

You may register or sign in using a third-party login (e.g., Google or Apple). You are responsible for complying with the terms of those third-party services. You may hold only one account. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames, suspend, or remove accounts at our discretion.

5. Licence to Use the Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not: copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App; resell, rent, or sublicense access; use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service; or circumvent any security, rate-limiting, or virtual-coin measures.

6. User Conduct — Prohibited Behaviour

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

Post, send, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory (including on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality);
Post sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene material, or nudity;
Send repeated, unsolicited, or unwanted messages to a member who has not responded, has ignored you, or has blocked you;
Solicit money, donations, or financial information from other members (“scamming” / “catfishing”), or promote any commercial activity, advertising, or “sugar” arrangements;
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your age, identity, or affiliation;
Post content involving or targeting minors in any way;
Harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or bully any member;
Share another person’s private or identifying information without consent (“doxxing”);
Distribute spam, chain messages, malware, or phishing links;
Engage in human trafficking, prostitution, or any illegal activity;
Use, exploit, or manipulate the virtual coin system through fraud, automation, or abuse;
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.

Violation of this section may result in immediate removal of content, loss of coins, suspension, or permanent termination of your account, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

7. Contacting Other Members, Yallas and Messages

Because YallaLovely allows members to send a Yalla and an opening message before a mutual expression of interest, you acknowledge and agree that:

You may receive Yallas or opening messages from members you have not interacted with;
You are never obligated to reply to any Yalla or message;
You can block any member to stop all further contact, and report any member who violates these Terms;
Sending repeated or unwanted messages after being ignored or blocked is prohibited (see Section 6) and may lead to account termination.

We provide blocking and reporting tools precisely so that you remain in control of who can reach you.

8. Virtual Coins

The Service includes a virtual in-app currency (“Coins“) used to access certain features, such as continued browsing of the discovery feed.

How you get Coins. You may earn Coins through in-app actions, such as watching rewarded advertisements, completing certain activities, or referring friends. We may also offer Coins for purchase in the future.
No real-world value. Coins are a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use a feature of the Service. Coins are not money, legal tender, electronic money, a bank deposit, or any kind of property. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold to any other person.
Non-refundable. Except where required by mandatory law, Coins and any amounts associated with them are non-refundable.
No guarantee; changes. We may, at any time and without liability, change Coin prices, balances, earning rates, exchange rates, or the features Coins unlock; introduce expiry dates; or limit the number of Coins you can hold or earn. We may also discontinue Coins entirely.
Expiry and forfeiture. Unused Coins may expire. Any Coin balance is forfeited if your account is suspended or terminated, or if you delete your account, and is not redeemable thereafter.
No obligation to provide ads. We do not guarantee that rewarded advertisements will always be available to earn Coins.

Your purchase or use of Coins (where applicable) is also subject to the terms of the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).

9. User-Generated Content

“User Content” means any photos, text, profile information, Yallas, messages, or other material you submit to the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained as required by law or already shared with other members.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing it.

10. Content Moderation, Reporting & Blocking

We are committed to maintaining a safe community and operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour.

Within the App, every member can:

Report any member, message, Yalla, photo, or profile that violates these Terms;
Block any member to prevent further contact;
Flag content for review.

We review reports of objectionable content and will act on valid reports within 24 hours by removing the content and/or ejecting the member who provided it. We may remove content and suspend or ban members at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

To report a safety concern outside the App, contact contact@yallalovely.com.

11. Safety Disclaimer

YallaLovely does not conduct criminal background checks or identity verification on its members. We do not guarantee the conduct, identity, or compatibility of any member. You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions in all interactions, particularly when meeting someone in person.

We strongly recommend that you:

Never send money or financial information to another member;
Meet for the first time in a public place and tell a friend or family member;
Use your own transportation;
Report any suspicious behaviour immediately.

You interact with other members at your own risk.

12. Advertising and Third-Party Services

YallaLovely is free to use and is supported by advertising. We display ads through third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob, including rewarded advertisements that you may choose to watch to earn Coins. These partners may use device identifiers and usage data to deliver and measure ads, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

13. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its software, discovery and connection system, design, user interface, logos, trademarks, and all content provided by us (excluding User Content) — is owned by SaasFactory LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The YallaLovely discovery feed, “Yalla” interaction model, and connection flow are our own original works. “YallaLovely” and the YallaLovely logo are trademarks of SaasFactory LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them without our prior written permission.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or a relationship.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SaasFactory LLC and its officers, members, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, Coins, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, your interactions with other members, or any User Content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaasFactory LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.

17. Termination and Account Deletion

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time directly within the App (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by emailing contact@yallalovely.com. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, and any remaining Coin balance is forfeited.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, Coins forfeiture, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Wyoming, United States, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence (for example, in the European Union) grant you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

If you are an EU consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
