Child Safety Standards

Last updated: June 16, 2026

YallaLovely is an 18+ dating service with zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page sets out the standards we apply to keep minors off our platform and to protect against child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in line with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.

Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

YallaLovely strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind. This includes the grooming, sexualization, solicitation, trafficking, or sextortion of minors, and the creation, possession, sharing, or solicitation of CSAM — including computer-generated or AI-generated content. Any account involved in such activity is permanently removed and reported to the competent authorities.

18+ only — no minors allowed

YallaLovely is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We require a date of birth at sign-up, block under-18 registrations, and remove any account we identify as belonging to a minor. Adults who misrepresent their age to contact minors, or anyone who uses the service to target a minor, are banned and reported.

In-app reporting and moderation

Every profile, photo, and conversation can be reported directly inside the app using the Report and Block tools. Reports of suspected child endangerment or CSAM are prioritized and reviewed promptly. We use a combination of automated checks and human moderation, and we may suspend an account immediately while we investigate.

Handling CSAM and reporting to authorities

When we become aware of apparent CSAM, we remove it, preserve the relevant evidence, disable the responsible account, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant local authorities, including those in Morocco (CNDP) and the EU. We cooperate fully with law enforcement requests.

Compliance with child safety laws

We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in the markets where YallaLovely operates, and we align our practices with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy. We review these standards regularly and update them as our service and the law evolve.

Child safety point of contact

To report a child safety concern or to reach our designated child safety contact, email childsafety@yallalovely.com. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first, then report to us. You can also report CSAM directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org.
